Joey Havlock as per the old threads was or is the owner of REX.com but it is up for bids and set to be on auction soon at Namejet.
What happened?:o

If so, he has Twitter posts from early June. I wonder what is going on.

I am no longer the owner of the domain, I sold it awhile ago now.
I am not sure what the deal is with it expiring, I can't imagine that the guy who bought it from me would let it expire.

Wow, for $3550 that sure is a bargain!

I'm out of that loop and good luck to anyone who might obtain such a creature. I've always thought that it had the potential to be a billion dollar name myself. I sold it to a popular domain collector and would be astonished if it sold for anything near this price, and interested if it does sell for how much.

Expired. Maybe. Unrecoverable. No.

People don't want to see it go past that latter boundary but names like this rarely do. Gets everyone a little excited - bids go nuts... and then a huge let down.

People just looking out for people though to make sure which is nice.

I was wondering the same thing. I have a phone number that was good during our transaction, I will try to give him a ring tomorrow or Monday.

If I had such a domain I would renew it for a lot of years to avoid any problems. If testing the waters was the reason he should have renewed it by now, and it was obvious such a name would attract a lot of bids. The final price could only be known on the last second... For those that didn't backorder Syc.com at Snap I can say it's currently at $10,600 with more than 1 day to go.

We rescued this beautiful 5 yr old German Shepherd 9 weeks ago from being euthanized after being picked up as a stray by a local council. He was in poor condition but $1200 in vet bills and good feeds got him as he should be. He had been microchipped at some stage of his neglected life and yes you guessed it, his name is REX.

We reckon that we done our good deed of the year so maybe the owner of the name would like to donate it to us. Wish Wish!!!!!! :hehe:
