i am currently looking to change the design and i would like your thoughts about these below please *gulp*

Your new pages look good, the only real problem I find is that they don't fit on 800X600 resolution. :D

Also I think your orginal page actually looks better, it's probablly just the colors or something why I think that.

Yeh looks pretty good, but one freaky stuff up is that on the chat help page, as you can see in the rather large picture (sorry), is that some of the text in your little iframe is floating all over the shop.
