The site loads very quickly for me.
I like what you have done, the design seems to flow very well. I love the icons for home, files, etc(nice rollovers!). Basically the whole setup of the site is user friendly !
The favicon also makes it stick out nicely, when I look over my bookmarks. I will want to click on it.
Great Job!

I like that you have a rollover state for almost everything possible on the site. It really adds some interactivity.

The one thing you might want to adjust is the spacing of your content. Overall, it looks a bit crowded. Maybe add some padding to the "New Files" entries and a line break in between the main sections in "Main Categories."

Otherwise it looks great!

Firstly, the site needs to be livened up with some color. It looks very grey scale. The other thing I noticed is the fact that it feels quite cluttered. I love the hover images over the links. That is something that definitely drew me in. However, it took me awhile to realize what the site is. I had to look in the header part of the site (above the address bar) to figure it out.

The site is definitely loaded, maybe even a bit overloaded. Great features that had me playing with it for a while and kept the site very interesting which offset the "overloaded" factor.

I've seen this script somewhere before, if you could jumpstart my mind and PM me where you found the script or what it's name is, i'd really appreciate that!

i can't really add anything that's not already been said, except, due to the nature of how the site is built, your branding falls a bit short. If you have the opportunity to place a banner between the "register" and nav bar, you'd have some branding space.

Great start, like the content, miss the branding of your name and idea.

We use custom scripts, which we write ourselfs. Sorry but it can't be found elsewere.
