Nice design/layout - clean and professional looking.

I never saw your previous site, so I can't say if it's better or worse, but over-all, I like what you have here.

If I had 1 simple suggestion, it would be to install a favicon - maybe just the stylized 'X' you have in your name Xceed, with a transparent background, so that the 'X' favicon blends into any colour browser background (that is, without the 'X' being surrounded by a white box, unless you like it better that way).

I really like the header and the site flows easily and the navigation is easy, the prices are easy to see and understand.

The theme is very minimalstic which is good for what you are trying to achieve but you might be using to many differnt colours which may confuse the user.

Another great feuture is the roll over images which make up the navigation they look really good and standout well when the mouse is over them.

A small thing i would change is make the bar at the bottem of the page the same colour as the one at the top to fit the theme together.

2 Small error which should be fixed to make it look more professional
In the navigation menu
Link Building is written as "Link Suilding" (S to B)
Web Development is wrriten as "web Development" (w should be capital)

This site gets a 8/10

Looks good, like the post above, make sure you check your CSS & XHTML errors and fix them so you dont lose any customers due to display errors on their browser.

overall, i really like your design, and its definately appropriate for a web design company. however, i have to say that it has that "LOOK AT ME, I'M A TEMPLATE" look for some reason, but i can't seem to place my finger on it exactly... however, there are things you could do to change that a little. i think one of the biggest annoyances was the "admin login" box, which is really just an image. that has no purpose there (especially since even YOU can't seem to use that to log into the admin panel) and therefore is a waste of real estate that you could be using for advertising, etc.

nice color scheme, though, good luck with it.

On returning to the website, my KAspersky Internet Security also got a trojan warning on page "http://gumblar.cn/rss/?id=2".

As bamaboy has suggested, I would seriously recommend looking into this issue asap.

First impressions seems good.

What I dont like is the black background where you placed your logo.
You brake down the flow of your header. Also when you check your 'home' button (which is rounded) it doesnt make any sense. try extending it with your logo.

Second thing: your slogan in your header shouldn't be transparant in my opinion.

Third point: you have more then 4 different fonts. Try to have a maximum of 2 to 3 (footer-)

fourth: Your borders of teh 5 categories (frontpage) are to light. Try using the same border color as your 'full time writer' ad. You also use alot of rounded borders except for these 5 categories (make rounded ones or rectangles).

fifth: Try filling your page in the tutorial section.
