We have recently added The Rock Forums to our website portfolio. We are planning to redesign it in the next few weeks. Your suggestion about what to add and what to remove to make it a better forum will be appreciated.

Well first thing i noticed is the real down header .. It is not even visible clearly and not good to the eye too
Forum sections are on topic and good but i don't know why the shaded effects you are having is itching in my eyes lol its like i can't see your forum for more thn 2 minutes specially when i scroll up and down ... Is it such problem in the white shadowy part of your forum or some problem with my eyes ??

I have to agree with phyza, the header is not visibly clear and hard on the eye to see.

And also have to agree on the forum layout, it's extremely harsh on the eyes and I couldn't really stand it and closed your site out.
