It's built on a custom cms, fresh layout and seo optimised all by yours truly.

Nice, like the colors, and the layout is good.
Did you notice that most of your graphics are grainy? Some of the thumbs need to be redone, set to smaller sizes so the resolution looks better, this might help with your visitors staying longer.

Yes, the grainy graphics come about when the images are automatically resized on the server. I may resize them manually from now on, if you think that the graphic quality will definitely improve the site.

Yeah, I would, as for example, the pic of nelly, is really blurry.
This is just really my pet peave, I don't think it would hurt your site, but it makes it look better.

Seo Optimised means more than just Keyword Flooding. Remove all the repeat usage of the same Keyword "Hip Hop" in your Meta Tags

Thanks for that. No mention of any good points, but then again perhaps you couldn't find any. Nevertheless thanks for taking time to view it, and I will look into removing the keywords slightly.

1/ Site Look is Excellent!
2/ Content of the site is comprehensive and balanced.
3/ Name Selection for the Site is perfect. Great name.
4/ The Usage of your CMS is to be commended , as a developer of CMS systems I wish more young people would learn to use CMS techniques.
5/ The non-usage of mindless POP-up ads is refreshing as a lot of similiar sites alienate the average websurfer with the use of them.
6/ Your decision to be an active member of NamePros is very wise.

Thanks for that BFT. It's just always nice to hear some positives to balance off the negatives

I must admit, the CMS is not brilliant but it was my first effort in PHP coding so I'm amazed at the progress I made. It may not be the best cms ever, but it's sufficient for my purposes. I'malso going to try and css convert the remaining tables sometime soon.

As for the SEO, I managed to mod-rewrite each page but you're right with the fact that the keywords appear a bit spammy. Perhaps I got a little eager to achieve a higher rank, but in the long run it may in fact damage my rankings.

I'll work on these issues and then hopefully I'll be on the correct track. Thanks for the feedback and apologies for the mis-understanding.
