The graphics are nice. Just one remark: the top header and navigation on the left are quite prominent vs the text. After all it is the content (text) that is important.
I would try to better balance the presentation vs content. Other than that looks good.

VERY nice design, layout and functionality. I agree with SD, though, the header is a bit too overpowering and dominant compared to the content.
The only thing i would change/add is preferential listings built by the level of financial participation or relevance, and add link submission w/o reciprocal link requirements to it.

Other than that, you're on a solid: :tu: :tu: 2/3

Nice layout, the colors work great, and its user friendly. I like the icons w/ the text (search, home, etc.) The only thing I would improve is maybe the title. Instead of just website directory maybe add zihh or some other interesting text.
