Very Simple looking site, maybe you should consider adding a background instead of plain white. The concept of reviewing sites is really nice and useful.

I agree with the back ground. Did not use the rating system ( because of time ) but the concept is friendly.

I would like to see some free rescourses. Maybe some free started templates for pages, banners, buttons etc... I would imagine new designers like myself would appreciate the added value.
Cool links are a good think too.

You might want to make the two boxes above the footer in line. It will make the whole page look cleaner, however you will have to move the sponsored by iwebtool part

I really like the layout and design of the website.

I signed up and tried it, and got a review on my website (posting4pixels.com) and I really like the system.

However maybe try making it harder to get so many points, I got tons of points with just one review...shouldn't you have to give a nice good quality review to at least 2 sites before you can submit a site.

A second thing is the toplist thing should use cookies and check IPs to prevent cheating.

Other than those few changes there, the actual design of the site is really good.

Nice site, good design, interesting idea, it will be better if you make the logo a bit more eye firendly ..the word review is abit difficult to read make the colour lighter..
