What do you think of the layout on www.talksatan.com
I found a theme I liked and i've been editing it.

I don't think it's quite custom enough. There should be icons that are indicative and branding for your board. Use devil horns or something, especially when it comes to the "new message/thread/topic" icons on the board. Also, customized logo and more emphasis on your slogan would help.
