LINUXINVENT.INFO is the enterprising community that wants the promotion and the development of Linux and the relative free opensource software. In order to facilitate LI users we propose faqs for linux beginner, a forum with daily attendance and chess between customers.

In LINUX INVENT forum, you will be able to ask clarifications on the faq, to signal inaccuracies and/or omissions. From today also to resolve the problems that scourge you while tried to pass from Windows to Linux, thanks to our experts.

The requirement of freedom in the field of the software always has been felt. But if today this type of software represents in concrete terms one possible choice, it must to the action of persons that with engagement they have acted, legally, towards the attainment of this objective.

The true problem, like always, is the ignorance: the free software and opensource is not a rooted and comprised concept.
Linuxinvent member's ideology is absolutely opensource .

The design is... not terrible.
One thing I noticed - where you have recent news and recent comments, the recent comments box goes off the edge of the screen on my 1024x768 resolution (using Firefox)

Yeah the design is... erm, good enough? I have nothing bad to say about it, but nothing great either. :imho:

I really like this design. The mirror effects are cool. I don't like the rounded blue square on the top left behind the logo.

Don't you need to add a "Powered by Xoops" somewhere? The Adsense is nice and unobtrusive. It may be hard to fix, but your code is invalid:

Adding a meta description would be good too.

The icons on the left navigation looks really nice. The blue boxes in the foreground seem just a little too dark for my liking. The box "Blog recent post title" overlaps "Recent Comments".

Hi,

I just viewed your site and you have a similar-looking xoops icon in the footer...

They are joined and both link to creativecommons. You should split them up and have the CC one go to CC and Xoops go to Xoops.

You need to look at the validation results and fix each of the errors by going into the code (which may be hard with Xoops) or in the pages you made in administration.
