Please help me why i m getting this error.. can anybody solver it

Attempting to attach to database

Error description: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'atthershabbir_if'@'localhost' (using password: NO) /www/oxyhost.com/a/t/t/atthershabbir/htdocs/www/includes/class_core.php on line 311

The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the 'includes/config.php' file.

The error message is pretty clear.
You need to enter the correct credentials in the .php file (server, username, password, database)
Ask your webhost if in doubt.

try to edit config.php on includes folder and after edit it just change d file permission to his desired need...

if it doesnt help try checking our database or contact d hoster..

i Hav cheaked the database username and passward...
I m using oxyhost to make this site... but still not able to do it

If it is a cpanel host ensure that you have added the user to the database.

It if quite commons mistake to create the user, create the database but not to give the correct permissions to the user.
