I dont recommend Polurnet, my support ticket has been opened since June 12th and the problem still hasnt been resolved, sure lots of back and forth but in the end nothing... I'm still waiting, something about DNS... is all I know.

That doesn't seem like an accurate explanation of events. Your ticket was handled within minutes, but the nature of the problem requires technical work which we told you repeatedly would take some time to do, being handled as quickly as possible. Despite the negative remarks on the replies you made, we cordially gave you a very suitable alternative to resolve the problem; it is up to you to take advantage of what we offer you in the meantime. As most can attest, all support needs mutual understanding between the customer and the provider, else remarks such as these can give rise to isolated incidents which are not reflective of the true facts.
