The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
It really depends on the name and how much you're willing to part with it for.

If you're really wanting to sell it and you're happy with $1,000 don't let greed take over if you're going to be disappointed that it didn't sell at all.

A careful balance is required.

If you need the $1000 right now, and it's a $1000 domain name, accept it.

It depends on a few things?

Do you know who the offer is from? Domainer? Multi million $$ company??

How much did you pay for the name? Hand reg, $500, $2000?

Where did you get the offer?
Sedo, Afternic, Godaddy, Email, phone call?

Lots to consider before replying.
