Type of Contest : PSD LAYOUT TEMPLATE ONLY NO CODING

Size Requirements : 1000px width
Color Requirements : hunter green, shades of grey
General Requirements : the layout is for a trucking company, I am simply looking for something web 2.0ish while still maintaining good business structure. I like the design on http://www.freightcenter.com but of course would like it more focused on trucking and transport because the company is the actual transport of the goods. So it would need to have more graphics of trucks etc. Here is another example http://templates.entheosweb.com/template_number/11767.asp but of course no flash just static design. And one more example http://www.websitetemplates.bz/website-templates/trucking-company-website-template_310.html but I want it lighter not as dark on the backgrounds etc.
Additional Information : I am looking for a steady designer, so the winner of this contest will get first shot at future design work (I currently have over 30 layouts in queue that need done ASAP) So I would love to build a relationship with the winner and even possibly some of the non winners. I am based in the United States.
