Hey guys and girls,

I get around 500 emails a week asking me stupid questions about everything under the sun so what I need to do is to get a blog going. An online diary. Please visit my site www.philfischer.com.

What i need is the following:

1. a really cool looking homepage with bad-A** graphics. Brown or tanned in theme, or maybe even green in theme.
2. I need to be able to log into an interface and post the daily text updates as well as pics.
3. I want the following on the homepage:

a. a calendar
b. A box on the homepage where the last three posts are continually on there
c.archives section where they see the last three months, but can search for back months
d. the following catagories:

Friends
Food
Music
Gallery

On the friends, I want to again be able to upload images and text next to the images so that they can see, or I can have you do it.

Food, is where I want to be able to list the places Ive eaten at that are really good. i want to catagorize them by counry and city

Music Is where they can download some of my tunes,

Gallery is where there will be several images.

Enclosed is an image taken of me in India. I want you guys to take this image and create the homepage. The winner will have the best, original homepage best showcasing who I am.

Just a little history. Im from the Yukon, and the wilderness, and I like earthy stuff....

also, I will have alot of changes, but not much. It will LINK off of www.philfischer.com so please submit homepages here.

Seems like Wordpress fits to what you want to have on your site. Its a great CMS + its free.

The quality of the photo is not very good, maybe that's one of the reasons there are not too many entries.

eum, it is a wordpress installation, but i'll adjust the installation that al needed plugins are installed by it self
