[REQ-LOGO] OMG NUT COMPANY logo contest $100

Hello, I need a logo for OMG NUT COMPANY. We sell fruit and nut mixes, nuts and related products. I am looking for a creative logo with an element that highlights the company name and incorporates our tagline/slogan original mix & gourmet nut company.

$100 paid to the winner of this 4 day contest.
Start date 10/19/2014 End date 10/23/2014

I will provide feedback and select a winner as soon as possible. Please submit entries early and often!

The logo will also be for website, stationery, embroidered shirts, vehicle logo's etc. I need vector .png

Important to include items:
1.) Our tagline/slogan
2.) The "TM" symbol
3.) A small reference to .com or omgnut.com
4.) All work for fee must be original and will be owned by contest holder once winner is announced and payment is made.
5.) A recognizable or key design element or feature

Hello Eric, I do like it. I think the OMG above nut company works very well. I would like to see it in a brighter color. Also, I just ran across a character on istock photo and he has some attitude and fun about him. He also would create the need for recurring work because he holds signs, peeks out of corners of a web page etc. I would love to see what could be done in a similar way so we could use it for trademark inclusion of the logo. Thank you.

Hello Gooddesigner, I like where this is headed. Can you put nut company under the omg rather than just the word nut. Then the character can be reduced in size accordingly. An ever so slight expansion of the size of the box containing ORIGINAL MIX & GOURMET will allow it to fit better. Pleas add the TM symbol. The nut where it touches the hand/paw could be outlined for distinction. Thank you

Hello Eric, I am still leaning toward this design. We may just add a squirrel to the website as a character and not in the logo. Can you change the nuts to make them look more distintiveand then move the OMGNUT.com from the side and place in the bottom of the box containing the nuts. Also please add the TM symbol. Thank you.

Hello Gooddesigner, WOW! I love the logo with the circle. Can you save this version and then make some adjustments? Even though I like the way he extends below the circle I think all the details need to stay within the circle so I can produce round labels. With that said perhaps he could also be holding one of our jars with the logo on it for detail instead of a nut....to me this would add a cool factor....although I am not sure until I see it (I have attached a picture of our jar). His feet/legs could also disappear as if he is behind the green circle and just peering out. The TM can also be much smaller and placed just slightly above and at the end of the G in OMG. Thank you.

Hello Gooddesigner, Nice work! Great idea, I would love to have a few colors to work with. Green is great the blue works very well and we could change our label colors for seasons and/or Holidays (bonus will be paid for the extra work).

I am not sure if you are in the process of having the character holding a small tub/jar instead of a nut??(I do like it the way it is now, I am just not sure if it would look better or unique by holding a tub/jar?)

The OMG nut company wording can move slightly left to center it and then the TM can still be reduced to a smaller font size.

I would like to eliminate the www and just let it read omgnut.com

I like the character holding the nut because it immediately speaks to you. I would also like to keep the jar version and work with you in the near future to create a few additional looks.
