[Req] Design Mod for this Site (Reward $50)

I've an antispam script which is in "dire" need of modification - see the site and you'll know how fugly it is

The script uses PHP and CSS. I'm not a very "technical" person so I don't wanna get my hands dirty, though I've designed the logo

Anyone who's interested please post your concept here. And if selected, I'll give you FTP access to modify the design and pay you $50 upon completion.

Maybe its possible to set up a html version or to upload a Screenshot of the site to get an impression of content.
