General Requirements : it should give consumer idea that we buy iphones that are water damage broken or in any condition even working ones. It should have picture of broken iphones & iphone wet in the water.I will provide winner with my email & phone # to put on the banner. I would like to receive file in PSD format.

Umm, are those dimensions right? If so, I'm assuming we're talking more of a "Poster" design, than a "Banner" for a website?
