Where do you see your own rep points? Or another user's reputation?

Cool thanks, never scrolled down all the way :P So if I understand right the green bars are the rep points... thought those were for the number of posts.

That is correct.

I'm not sure if there's a dedicated page to see all your reps.

Another thing I've noticed is that reps carry different "point" values but I'm not sure how are those calculated.

nope... not the number but the (perceived/acknowledged by other members) quality of any given post.... can get multiple reps on a single post but can only get rep from the same person AFTER they have repped enough other people in between. you can give someone rep points on any post that you appreciate by clicking on the scales icon between the gray/green "online" circle and "report post" icon at bottom left of post.
