Is it easy to use and administer in the backend as I am a newbie with this.

It's a template script - I've seen it used before but not with this color, though with the size of the web that doesn't mean all that much in the end I suppose.

It's very easy to admin. A simple backend with the ability to moderate who signs up or you can leave it open and automatically approve everyone. Would be a very simple template to edit as well.
