Watch out for the Appraisal Scam.

I was offered $9,000 for Stem Cell Therapy Dot TV by some guy saying before he buys it I have to get it appraised through his affiliated company.

i had the same thing for my MobileAppStore.com - i didn't realise it was a scam until he wouldn't tell me what would happen if the appraisal came back less than what i wanted.

Surprising sale and nice to see. Many of the statehomes.tv names are already reged and others are still available, but I don't think it is a wise spend with the hopes of selling it for $1k. 2 years ago I would have reged all that were available

- domain was caught a year ago for reg fee, two times I tried to sell it here also for reg fee – with no result.

The problem is that the seller can’t initiate the sale with GD Buy Service. It’s only the buyer who can do it (BTW he is paying $69 for it). My domain was not “for sale” at the Godaddy auctions, so in the first mail from GD Buy service they asked me if I’m interested in selling the name. I said OK, and they created for me a normal listing (like any other Godaddy listing with negotiation option).

Yes it’s funny When they called me there was my active sale thread with many my dot tv’s here (with this domain for $30 also). After the call I immediately deleted this name from a listing
