(Weekly) Spotted NamePros Landing Page sales Report

Once a week I'll identify a NamePros Landing page sales report that was spotted and has not been shared in this thread yet. I'll then dig into the surface of it a little to see why it may have sold for what it did and what I, personally, feel the domain was actually worth in today's market.

Note: This is not a full termed evaluation, just a touch on the surface to gather enough thought provoking data to peek behind the curtain a little. You can find more in depth domain evaluations in the professional appraisal section of NamePros.

With the above in mind, lets dive right in...

Jammable.com

NameBio Sales Report
jammable.com16000 USDNamePros Lander

Note: This appears to be a rebrand for Voicify.ai to Jammable.com (Showing that some .ai brands are gravitating back to .com)

Defining (Jammable):

The term jammable has three primary meanings depending on the context:

1. General Adjective
In standard English, jammable is an adjective meaning capable of being jammed, obstructed, or blocked. It is often used to describe mechanical objects (like a printer) or electronic signals (like radio or radar) that can be easily interfered with or disabled.

2. AI Music Platform
Jammable
(formerly known as Voicify.ai) is a popular AI-powered platform used to create AI song covers.
  • Functionality: Users can upload or select AI voice models, often mimicking famous celebrities or fictional characters, to "sing" existing tracks or custom audio.
  • Features: It includes tools for voice synthesis, custom voice training, and removing vocals or reverb from recordings.
3. Pop Culture
  • Music: "Def Jammable" is a track by rapper Redman from his 2010 album Redman Presents... Reggie. The title is a play on the iconic hip-hop label Def Jam, with the lyrics using "jammable" to describe high-energy, catchy music or an "animal" persona.
  • Gaming: In the arcade industry, JAMMA (Japan Amusement Machine and Marketing Association) is a standard for wiring arcade cabinets. While distinct from "jammable," the terms are often searched together in technical retro-gaming contexts.
Source
In addition to standard dictionary definitions and the popular AI music tool, jammable (or its related forms) can refer to several niche or informal concepts:

1. Slang and Informal Usage
  • Catchy or Playable Music: In informal music circles, "jammable" describes a song that is particularly easy to "jam" to, meaning it has a infectious rhythm or a structure that invites improvisation and dancing.
  • British Slang (Related): While not identical, the British slang "jammy" means being extremely lucky or "having all the luck". You might hear someone called a "jammy so-and-so."
  • "Jam Up": In some regional slangs, something described as "jam up" (different from "jammed up") refers to something that is extraordinary, high-quality, or "top-notch".
2. Technical and Scientific Contexts
  • Cybersecurity and Signal Blocking: In tech, a system is "jammable" if its wireless signals (like Wi-Fi, cellular, or radio) can be easily overwhelmed by noise or "junk data," making the system non-functional. This is a critical vulnerability for security systems like wireless home alarms.
  • Physics of Matter: In "soft matter" physics, the jamming transition describes how materials like sand, foams, or grains change from a fluid-like state to a solid-like "jammed" state. A material designed to be "jammable" can be hardened on demand, such as in "liquid armor" that stays flexible until it is impacted.
  • Medical/Anatomy: In a medical sense, it can refer to joints or digits (like a finger) that are physically susceptible to being "jammed" or bruised due to impact.
3. Emerging AI Terminology
  • Jammable AI Voices: Beyond the platform itself, the term is increasingly used as a descriptor for synthetic speech that is "customizable" or "improvised." This includes using AI to provide diverse accents and dialects for language learning apps.

Wayback Machine

  • In 2013 the asset resolved for the first time as a sales lander
  • In 2021 the asset was auto redirecting every 2 seconds, indicating a parked page or ad rotation campaign
  • In 2023 the asset resolved as a NamePros sales lander
  • in 2024 the asset resolved as a developed AI Voice-Over service and still does today

5 Potential Business Models for the asset

1. AI Music Cover & Synthesis Platform (Current Model)
This model builds on the existing Jammable business, focusing on a robust, user-friendly platform for creating AI song covers using a library of celebrity and custom AI voices.
  • Monetization Options:
    • Subscription Tiers: Offer different monthly or annual plans (e.g., "Credits," "Creator," or "Power User") with varying features, conditions, and usage limits (like the current Jammable.com model).
    • Pay-per-use Credits: Allow users to purchase one-off credits to generate individual covers or access premium voices/features without a recurring subscription.
    • Affiliate Programs: Offer an affiliate program to content creators who refer new users to the platform, providing a commission on sales generated through their links.
2. AI Voice-Over Services (B2B SaaS)
This business model would pivot Jammable.com into a dedicated platform offering professional, high-quality AI voice-over generation for businesses, content creators, and e-learning developers.
  • Monetization Options:
    • Tiered Subscriptions: Provide plans tailored to business needs, potentially based on word count, number of languages offered, or access to exclusive, professionally licensed voices.
    • Enterprise Licensing: Offer custom solutions and unlimited usage licenses for large corporations or educational institutions needing extensive internal content.
    • API Access: Charge developers for API access to integrate Jammable's voice synthesis technology into their own applications (e.g., for virtual assistants or automated customer service).
3. Music Creator Collaboration Hub
This platform would shift focus to facilitating human-to-human collaboration, acting as a marketplace where musicians, producers, vocalists, and sound engineers can connect, share projects, and work together on "jammable" tracks.
  • Monetization Options:
    • Commission Fees: Take a percentage commission from successful project transactions or collaborations facilitated through the platform (marketplace model).
    • Premium Listings/Profiles: Charge users for enhanced visibility or "verified" profiles to attract more work or collaboration requests.
    • Advertising/Sponsorships: Generate revenue through targeted advertising for musical equipment, software, or studio services.
4. E-Learning Platform for Music Production & AI
Using the catchy domain name, this model would create an online school offering courses, workshops, and masterclasses on music production, mixing, mastering, and the use of AI in modern music creation.
  • Monetization Options:
    • Individual Course Sales: Sell access to specific courses or masterclasses for a one-time fee.
    • Membership Model: Offer unlimited access to the entire course library and a community forum for a recurring monthly or annual membership fee.
    • Certifications: Charge an additional fee for official certifications upon completion of specific learning paths.
5. Curated Music Discovery & Review Site
This model would leverage the "jammable" concept informally, creating a website dedicated to reviewing and highlighting music that is exceptionally catchy or ideal for specific situations (e.g., workouts, road trips, parties), with a focus on human-curated playlists.
  • Monetization Options:
    • Affiliate Marketing: Earn commissions by linking to music on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music) or online music stores, as well as linking to related merchandise.
    • Ad Revenue: Monetize traffic through display advertising as the user base grows.
    • Brand Partnerships: Partner with music festivals, concert promoters, or record labels for sponsored content and exclusive pre-release access

Outlining a potential 12-month revenue projection using business model #2

  • Monthly Marketing Budget: $500.
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): $70 (Standard startup benchmark for B2B SaaS in 2026).
  • Average Order Value (AOV): $49/month.
  • Churn Rate: 5% monthly (SaaS industry standard for early-stage B2B).

Note: Mid to High-4-figure price-point using this methodology.

Note: There's a few sales reports to look at in this combination. let's cross reference another combination for good measure.

Sales data for Letters + mmable .com:

grammable.com533 USD2023-03-13GoDaddy
flammable.com5300 USD2020-06-25Sedo

Note: There's a couple sales reports to look at in this combination for another idea. I'll look more into all the sales reports below, to see if there are any real world use cases of if they were mostly hyped.

Sales Reports Defined

  • jammart.com = Developed (Subsidiary of Valero and VP Racing)
  • jammys.com = Godaddy sales lander ($27.5k)
  • jammal.com = MyDomainContact Sales Lander (No Price)
  • jammee.com = Brand Bucket sales Lander ($4.6k)
  • jammade.com = HugeDomains Sales Lander ($3.1k)
  • flammable.com = Afternic/Godaddy sales lander (No price)
  • grammable.com = Brand Bucket sales Lander ($13.1k)
Note: Only 1 development was detected out of all the sales reports and it was at a mid-4-figure price point for an end user as a sub-brand to Valero (Globally known brand name). There were 2 low to mid sales lander pricing and 2 low-5-figure sales lander pricing. However, the actual asset sale of $16k exceeds x3 of the sales landers asking prices, indicating the seller got a much larger amount for their domain sold via NamePros lander than the other landers are asking and still sitting at with no action.

Partial ranking Data

DA = 41
PA = 36
SA = 39
MT = 4
DR = 56

Age = 16 years and 309 days

Social Account Usernames Taken = 17
Internationally Known Brands using Keyword sequence = 1
(Live/Pending) U.S. Federally Filed Trademark for the keyword sequence = 1

Note: Some of the ranking data does not jive with the backlink profile, however, there's two sides to that coin, where the old brand is redirecting to the new brand, making it appear to have manipulated data, while the other half is blackhat backlink campaigning tactics that is manipulative ranking data. It's a mix of both. The buyer may have been able to negotiate a lower price-point if they leveraged the manipulation tactics used on the new domain they acquired. Half the backlinks might provide a little value, along with the DR and age of the asset to stack, which may have been calculated into the acquisition cost.

Thoughts (Domain Only) โ€“ (Jan 2026 Market):
  • Reseller = $890 to $1.9k
  • Hobbyist = $1.9k to $5.4k
  • End user = $5.5k to $10.1k
  • Unicorn = $10.2k to $41.6k+ (With the right presentation you could exceed this.)
Recap:
  • This appears to be a rebrand for Voicify.ai to Jammable.com (Showing that some .ai brands are gravitating back to .com).
  • The 25% rule methodology hinted to a High-4-figure price-point.
  • Similar combination sales reports showed 2 Mid-4-figure sales. There was 1 development detected out of all the sales reports and it was at a mid-4-figure price point for an end user as a sub-brand to Valero (Globally known brand name). There were 2 low to mid sales lander pricings and 2 low-5-figure sales lander pricings. However, the actual asset sale of $16k exceeds x3 of the sales landers asking prices, indicating the seller got a much larger amount for their domain sold via NamePros lander than the other landers are asking and still sitting at with no action.
  • Some of the ranking data does not jive with the backlink profile, however, there's two sides to that coin, where the old brand is redirecting to the new brand, making it appear to have manipulated data, while the other half is blackhat backlink campaigning tactics that is manipulating the ranking data. It's a mix of both. The buyer may have been able to negotiate a lower price-point if they leveraged the manipulation tactics used on the new domain they acquired. Half the backlinks might provide a little value, along with the DR and age of the asset to stack, which may have been calculated into the acquisition cost reported on NameBio.
Note: With all the above in mind, it appears the buyer and seller won in that transaction, where the seller got more, using a NamePros lander than seen on other landers with similar domains, sitting for years. And the buyer got a semi-premium .com asset for a fraction of what it could actually be worth to a unicorn start-up.

Congrats to the buyer and seller.

Defining (.me)

.me is the ccTLD for Montenegro. It is managed by the Government of Montenegro.[1]
Source
Anyone, from individuals to companies worldwide, can register a .me ccTLD without needing a local presence in Montenegro. The .me domain is considered an open-use, generic domain, making it popular for personal websites, portfolios, and businesses looking for a personal touch.
Source

Note: Check out an in depth analysis of the .me ccTLD here: https://www.namepros.com/threads/me-montenegro-cctld-country-code-top-level-domain.1361829/

Defining (Mimic):

Mimic refers to the act of imitating or copying someone or something, often to resemble it closely or for specific effects like humor or deception.

Grammatical Definitions
  • Verb: To copy the actions, speech, or appearance of another, often playfully or to ridicule them. It also means to simulate or resemble something closely, such as a drug that mimics a natural hormone.
  • Noun: A person or animal (like a parrot) skilled at imitating others. It can also refer to a performer in a mime.
  • Adjective: Describing something that is imitative, simulated, or "mock," such as a "mimic battle".
Specialized Contexts
  • Biology: An organism that evolved to resemble another object or species for protection or camouflage, such as a butterfly that mimics a leaf to avoid predators.
  • Medicine: A disease or drug that produces symptoms or effects identical to those of another substance or condition.
  • Gaming & Fantasy: A fictional monster that disguises itself as an inanimate object, frequently a treasure chest, to lure and trap adventurers.
  • Technology: Software or systems designed to simulate human behavior or the functions of other hardware, such as Artificial Intelligence mimicking human cognitive processes.
Source
"Mimic Me" can refer to a specific social media trend, a recreational game for children, or various digital applications.

1. Social Media Trend (2026)
As of January 2026, the "Mimic Trend" is a viral phenomenon on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
  • The Concept: Users record themselves playing a sound in an empty house, only for an eerie, louder, or more echoey version of that sound to "answer" back.
  • Cultural Origin: The trend is largely inspired by the horror franchise Five Nights at Freddy's, specifically the "Mimic", an advanced animatronic program designed to replicate human behavior and sounds.
2. Educational & Recreational Games
"Mimic Me" is a common name for interactive games used in classrooms and early childhood development.
  • Classroom "Brain Break": A movement activity where a leader (often a teacher) displays a pose or action card, and students must silently copy it. It is used to help students refocus or transition between subjects.
  • Mimic Me Action Flashcards: Tools designed for toddlers to boost motor skills and coordination by having them imitate animal movements or simple shapes.
  • MiMiQ Card Game: A physical card game where players ask for cards from others by mimicking the facial expression shown on the card they want.
3. Apps and Software
  • Mimic Me (Social App): A legacy mobile application designed for anonymous impersonation of friends, allowing users to post as someone else to their followers.
  • Mimic Me (Video Game)
    :
A turn-based roguelike strategy game available on Steam where the player controls a "crate mimic" (a classic fantasy monster) and rolls across a board to destroy enemies.
  • Animal Mimicry Apps: Simple mobile games where users are assigned a random animal to mimic for the day.
4. Social Interaction
In a general social context, "mimic me" is a direct request for someone to mirror your actions, speech, or appearance. Psychologically, this is often linked to:
  • Mirroring: A subconscious behavior where people imitate those they admire or want to bond with.
  • Mocking: Intentional imitation used to tease or ridicule

5 Potential Business Models for the asset

1. AI Professional Persona (Digital Twin)
This model focuses on creating high-fidelity "digital twins" or virtual avatars for professionals to scale their productivity.
  • The Business: Users upload video and audio to create an AI avatar that "mimics" their likeness, voice, and expertise. This avatar can attend virtual meetings, respond to routine inquiries, or deliver pre-recorded presentations in multiple languages.
  • Monetization:
    • Subscription Model: Tiered monthly fees (e.g., Starter, Professional, Enterprise) based on usage hours or avatar complexity.
    • Pay-per-Rendering: Charging a flat fee for every hour of high-definition video content the avatar generates.
    • Add-on Services: Fees for "Language Packs" that allow the avatar to mimic the user in foreign languages they don't actually speak.
2. Gamified Educational "Mirroring" App
Targeted at early childhood development (ages 2โ€“8), this model uses mimicry as a core learning mechanic.
  • The Business: An interactive mobile platform where children learn through physical and verbal imitation. AI-guided animal friends or characters perform actions (like yoga poses, letter shapes, or pronunciations) and use the device camera to verify if the child is "mimicking" them correctly.
  • Monetization:
    • Freemium Model: Basic levels are free; premium "Worlds" or characters require a subscription (e.g., $7โ€“$10/month).
    • Physical Bundle: Selling physical flashcards or kits that sync with the app via AR (Augmented Reality).
    • Classroom Licensing: Selling bulk seats to preschools and early learning centers.
3. Entertainment & Impression Marketplace
A C2C (Consumer-to-Consumer) platform for performance artists, voice actors, and impressionists.
  • The Business: A marketplace where users hire skilled "mimics" for personalized videos, ranging from celebrity birthday wishes to professional voice-over work for independent creators.
  • Monetization:
    • Transaction Commission: The platform takes a percentage (e.g., 15โ€“20%) of every transaction between the buyer and the performer.
    • Promoted Listings: Performers pay to have their profiles featured at the top of relevant search results.
    • Identity Protection Insurance: A small service fee added to each order to ensure the use of synthetic media stays within legal and ethical boundaries.
4. Synthetic Influencer Marketing Agency
A B2B (Business-to-Business) service that creates and manages virtual "mimic" influencers for brands.
  • The Business: Instead of hiring high-cost human celebrities, companies lease or co-create synthetic brand ambassadors that can perfectly mimic a target demographic's behavior and aesthetic.
  • Monetization:
    • Retainer Fees: Monthly management fees for maintaining the virtual influencer's social presence.
    • Licensing Fees: Charging brands to use the likeness and voice of a specific virtual character across different media campaigns.
    • Affiliate Marketing: Using the virtual influencer to drive sales and taking a commission on the backend.
5. Social Presence Automation (Ghost-writing & Curation)
An AI-powered "Attention Manufacturing" service for executives and thought leaders.
  • The Business: Software that analyzes a user's past writing, public speaking, and social media history to perfectly "mimic" their unique tone of voice, drafting LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and tweets that sound authentically like them.
  • Monetization:
    • SaaS (Software as a Service): A monthly subscription for individuals to access the "Mimic Engine".
    • Agency Service: A high-ticket "done-for-you" model where human editors refine the AI-generated content for top-tier executives.
    • API Access: Charging other developers to integrate the "tone-mimicking" algorithm into their own apps

Outlining a potential 12-month revenue projection using business model #1

A 12-month revenue projection for the "AI Professional Persona (Digital Twin)" business model with a $200 per month marketing budget is outlined below. This model assumes a high-value subscription service targeting professionals, priced at $149 per month, reflecting the advanced nature of creating a digital twin.

(Active) U.S. Federally Filed Trademark for the keyword sequence = 22

Note: While the 28% spam score is low, a good acquisitions team may have been able to negotiate a lower price-point by leveraging it. The age of the asset might have contributed to negotiating a potential $220 to be stacked on the value. There really isn't anything jumping out for SEO/SEM value, but seeing that there are 158 extensions taken, 40 usernames taken, 240 internationally known brands using the word and 22 active U.S, Federally filed trademarks, it indicates there is some demand for the word, which may have been a driving factor in the final acquisition cost.

Thoughts (Domain Only) โ€“ (Jan 2026 Market):
  • Reseller = $150 to $860
  • Hobbyist = $870 to $1.3k
  • End user = $1.4k to $3.2k
  • Unicorn = $3.3k to $26.1k+ (With the right presentation you could exceed this.)

Recap:
  • This asset doesn't have much of a history to leverage. No past development was detected.
  • The 25% rule, showed a Mid-4-figure price-point using that methodology.
  • There's 2 sales reports to look at for the exact match (before the dot) that sold for a fraction of what the .me version sold for using a NamePros sales lander.
  • Even the plural .ai version that sold more recently was for a fraction of what the .me version sold for using a NamePros sales lander.
  • All the sales reports I looked at are still on sales landers or do not resolve.
  • While the 28% spam score is low, a good acquisitions team may have been able to negotiate a lower price-point by leveraging it.
Note: It appears that using a NamePros lander may or may not have helped influence a higher acquisition cost coupled with real world use cases for the word, giving a hint at demand. It's that demand that more than likely motivated the negotiations to remain in the high-four-figures. It's hard to tell if this was a reseller, hobbyist or end user acquisition. They either over-paid for the asset or acquired it within the unicorn end user sliding scale to build their brand on.

In either case, congrats to the buyer and seller.

Defining (SpeedSignal):

A Speed Signal refers to an electrical pulse or data stream representing a vehicle's velocity, used in automotive systems (like ABS, cruise control) and traffic management (radar signs), or in electronics, referring to the velocity of an electrical signal (often near light speed) in a transmission line or PCB, crucial for high-speed data integrity. Essentially, it's data about speed (from sensors) or the speed of data (in circuits)

  • The asset continued doing that until 2022
  • In 2023 the asset resolved as a NamePros landing page
  • In 2026 today, the asset is in a Namepros Status Pending stage awaiting NS changes

Note: The asset does not appear to have ever been developed into a real world use case and remained a parked or landed page all it's previous life.

5 Potential Business Models for the asset

1. Automotive Telematics & Fleet Management Platform
Utilize the "signal" in the domain to represent real-time vehicle data. This model transforms raw automotive speed and performance data into actionable insights for businesses.
  • Monetization:
    • SaaS Subscriptions: Monthly per-vehicle fees for fleet owners to access GPS tracking, fuel monitoring, and driver behavior analytics.
    • Usage-Based Insurance (UBI) Partnerships: Sell anonymized driving habit data to insurers for personalized premium modeling.
    • Predictive Maintenance Alerts: Premium tier offering AI-driven alerts that flag mechanical failures before they happen.
2. High-Speed Connectivity & Network Monitoring (SaaS)
Focus on the technical definition of "speed signal" in 5G and fiber-optic environments. This business would provide network performance monitoring (NPM) to ensure low-latency connections for remote enterprises.
  • Monetization:
    • Tiered Subscription Model: Charges based on the number of monitored endpoints or the volume of data processed.
    • SLA Compliance Reporting: High-fee enterprise reports that certify a network meets the "Speed Signal" requirements for high-stakes operations.
    • Security Add-ons: Premium features that detect anomalies or "signal noise" indicating potential breaches.
3. Financial High-Frequency Trading (HFT) Intelligence
Position SpeedSignal.com as a provider of ultra-low latency market signals for professional traders and hedge funds.
  • Monetization:
    • Data Licensing: Selling proprietary, high-speed "buy/sell signals" via API to automated trading systems.
    • Premium News Feed: Subscription-based access to the fastest possible news "signals" that impact global markets.
    • Membership Community: A high-ticket "Inner Circle" for traders who require real-time speed benchmarking.
4. Marketplace for High-Speed Signal Components
Capitalize on the projected 8-10% growth in the High Speed Signal Connector Market by 2026. Create a specialized B2B e-commerce marketplace for hardware like 5G connectors, SerDes, and specialized ICs.
  • Monetization:
    • Commission-Based Sales: Taking a percentage of every transaction between manufacturers and engineers.
    • Listing & Featured Ad Fees: Charging component manufacturers for top-tier placement in search results.
    • Certification Services: Offering a "SpeedSignal Verified" badge for components that meet strict performance standards.
5. Performance Marketing & Sales Intelligence Agency
Pivot the brand toward the speed of salesโ€”identifying "signals" that a lead is ready to buy and acting on them instantly using AI-powered tools.
  • Monetization:
    • Lead Generation Fees: Charging businesses for every high-intent "speed signal" lead provided.
    • Performance-Based Commissions: Taking a cut of the revenue generated from the leads your platform identifies.
    • White-Label Software: Selling the platform to other agencies to use under their own brand for a recurring fee.

Outlining a potential 12-month revenue projection using business model #2

This projection uses an average annual contract value (ACV) of $5,000 and a customer acquisition cost (CAC) of approximately $200 via paid ads, which is the lower end of the industry average for B2B SaaS. A conservative monthly customer churn rate of 3% is used, typical for a small B2B SaaS firm.

MonthNew Customers Acquired (approx.)Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)Cumulative Customers
11$4171
21$8212
31$1,2123
41$1,5914
51$1,9575
61$2,3116
71$2,6547
81$2,9848
91$3,3039
101$3,61110
111$3,90711
121$4,19312
Year 1 Total Projected Revenue (ARR):
The projected Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) at the end of the first 12 months is approximately $50,316. A $200 monthly marketing budget only allows for the acquisition of around 1 new customer per month, leading to a much slower growth trajectory than the previous projection.

Applying the 25% rule to this specific, low-budget business plan:
  • Projected Year 1 ARR: $50,316
  • Assumed Operating Profit Margin: Due to the minimal marketing spend, we can assume a slightly higher operating profit margin of 30% before applying the 25% rule.
  • Projected Year 1 Operating Profit: $50,316 x 30% = $15,095
Applying the 25% Rule:
25% of the projected Year 1 operating profit is attributed to the domain name as an intangible asset:
  • $15,095 x 25% = $3,774
Note: Low to mid-4-figure price-point using this methodology.

Motion.co

NameBio Sales Report
motion.co150,000 USDNamePros Lander

Defining (Motion):

Motion refers to the change in an object's position over time relative to a frame of reference. Depending on the context, the term has specific meanings in physics, law, and formal procedures.

1. In Physics
In the physical world, motion is described through variables like distance, displacement, speed, velocity, and acceleration.
  • Newtonโ€™s Laws: These govern how objects move. The first law (inertia) states that an object stays in its current state of motion unless acted upon by an external force.
  • Types of Motion:
    • Translational: Movement where all parts of an object move the same distance (e.g., a car driving).
    • Rotational: Movement around a fixed axis (e.g., a spinning wheel).
    • Oscillatory: Back-and-forth movement around a central point (e.g., a pendulum).
    • Periodic: Motion that repeats at regular intervals.
2. In Law
In a legal context, a motion is a formal procedural device used to request a specific ruling or order from a judge.
  • Common Examples:
    • Motion to Dismiss: A request to throw out a case due to a legal flaw.
    • Motion for Summary Judgment: A request for the judge to decide the case without a full trial because the facts are not in dispute.
    • Motion in Limine: A request to exclude certain evidence from being presented during a trial.
3. In Formal Meetings (Parliamentary Procedure)
A motion is a formal proposal made by a member of a deliberative assembly (like a committee or board) for the group to take action or express an opinion.
  • Process: Typically, a member "moves" a motion, it is "seconded" by another, and then debated before a vote is taken.
4. Other Uses
  • Gesture: Moving a hand or head to signal someone (e.g., motioning for someone to sit down).
  • Idioms: "Set in motion" means to start a process, while "going through the motions" means doing something perfunctorily without genuine interest.
  • Medical: Used to describe the range of movement in joints or organs (e.g., flexion, extension)

  • The asset resolved for the first time in 2014 as a sales lander
  • From 2018 to 2022 the asset kept auto redirecting every second or 2, indicating an ad server or parked page
  • In mid-2023 the asset resolved as a NamePros landing page
  • In 2025 today, the asset resolves as a coming soon page.
Source

Note: It appears the asset sat on a lander or parked page for 8-years prior to being moved to a NamePros landing page, in which it then sold within a little over 1-year (Was it the NamePros lander that made the difference?).

5 Potential Business Models for the asset

1. Motion Design & Creative Asset Marketplace
A platform for high-end "motion graphics" (ready-to-use animations) targeted at social media creators, advertisers, and video editors.
  • Direct Sales: Selling individual motion templates, Lottie animations, and 3D transition effects through an asset sale model.
  • Subscription: Offering a "Netflix for Motion" monthly fee for unlimited downloads of assets.
  • Licensing: Charging commercial licensing fees for agencies using the assets in major broadcast or film productions.
2. Smart Security & Motion Intelligence SaaS
An AI-driven platform that integrates with existing security cameras to provide advanced motion detection (e.g., distinguishing between a pet and a person) and behavioral analytics for businesses.
  • Tiered Subscription: Charging monthly fees based on the number of connected devices or level of data intelligence provided (e.g., Basic vs. Pro with heat-mapping).
  • White-Labeling: Licensing the proprietary detection technology to other hardware security manufacturers.
  • B2B Enterprise Solutions: Selling customized monitoring and productivity packages to warehouses and retail stores to optimize foot traffic.
3. Kinetic Workspace & Ergonomic Tech
A Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brand focused on "motion at work," selling kinetic furniture (standing desks, under-desk treadmills, and balance boards).
  • Markup Model: Traditional retailer model profit from physical hardware sales.
  • Product-as-a-Service (PaaS): Leasing high-end ergonomic setups to remote-first companies as part of an employee wellness benefit.
  • Affiliate Partnerships: Partnering with physical therapists and workspace influencers to earn commissions on referred sales.
4. Precision Fitness & "Motion-as-Medicine" App
A health-tech platform that uses wearable data or computer vision (via smartphone camera) to track form, repetitions, and range of motion during workouts.
  • Freemium Model: Offering basic workout tracking for free while charging for premium features like AI-form correction.
  • Corporate Wellness Contracts: Selling bulk memberships to corporations to reduce insurance premiums and improve employee health.
  • Data-as-a-Service (DaaS): Selling anonymized movement data to physical therapy researchers or sports equipment manufacturers.
5. Urban Mobility & Logistics Network
A "Mobility-as-a-Service" (MaaS) hub connecting users with local motion-based transport options (e-scooters, bike shares, or specialized delivery couriers).
  • Usage-Based Fees: Taking a commission or brokerage fee for every ride or delivery booked through the platform.
  • Advertising: Selling targeted ad placements to local businesses located along popular transit routes.
  • Subscription Pass: Offering a "Motion Pass" that provides bundled access to multiple local transportation providers for a flat monthly fee

Outlining a potential 12-month revenue projection using business model #1

To expand on the Motion Design & Creative Asset Marketplace, the focus is on high-volume, low-friction digital products. By positioning Motion.co as the "boutique alternative" to bloated stock sites, you target professional editors and social media managers who value speed and aesthetic over quantity.

The Product Strategy
  • The "Motion Pack" Model: Instead of single files, sell "Brand Kits" (matching intros, lower-thirds, and transitions) that allow a creator to unify their look instantly.
  • Format Versatility: Offer assets compatible with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and mobile-friendly Lottie files for app developers.
12-Month Revenue Projection
Budget: $200/mo (Allocated to $150 Meta/Pinterest Retargeting + $50 for micro-influencer outreach).

Annual Total Revenue Projection: $60,000 to $85,000 (highly dependent on the quality of the initial asset library).

Applying The 25% Rule
The 25% Rule is a common valuation method in intellectual property and domaining (As seen used by Eric Lyon) where the asset's value is estimated based on its projected contribution to the business's gross profit or revenue.

1. Future Revenue Potential:
Based on the Year 1 growth above, an established brand on this domain could reasonably reach $200,000/year by Year 3 as the library grows.

2. Calculation:
  • Estimated Annual Revenue: $200,000
  • 25% Contribution Value: $50,000
3. The "Motion.co" Multiplier:
Because "Motion" is a high-intent, premium dictionary word and the .co extension is one of the leading ccTLD alternatives to .com for startups, you apply a brandability premium.
  • Baseline Value: $50,000 (The 25% Rule)
  • Market Scarcity Adjustment: +$25,000 - $50,000
  • Guesstimated End User: $75,000 - $125,000
Why this price? For a buyer, spending $100k on Motion.co is justified if it saves them that same amount in customer acquisition costs (CAC) over 3-5 years. A premium name provides instant authority and better organic search performance, making the 25% investment a "marketing hedge."

Note: Mid-5-figure to low-6-figure price-point using the 25% rule methodology.

Note: The $150k acquisition of Motion.co is smack dab in the Unicorn End-User sliding scale (In my opinion) based on the above data that gave a small peek behind the curtain. However, I am unsure if the NamePros landing page motivated the higher price retention or if it was just a coincidence (The data hints that it might have been a factor). With the asset resolving as coming soon page, it's hard to know yet if the buyer over-paid or if they were perfectly aligned within their start-ups business model and revenue projections.

In either case, congrats to the buyer and seller.

KeyPush.com

keypush.com14,500 USDNamePros Lander

Defining (KeyPush):

"KeyPush" is likely a variation or misspelling of common terms related to keyboard input or mechanical locking mechanisms. Based on technical and linguistic contexts, it can refer to:

Computing and Data Entry
In modern and historical computing, the term is frequently synonymous with:
  • Keypress / Keystroke: The physical act of depressing a key on a keyboard. In programming (like JavaScript), a keypress event is triggered when a character-producing key is struck.
  • Keypunch: A legacy device used to manually transfer data onto punched cards or paper tape. While the physical machines are now obsolete, the verb "to keypunch" is still sometimes used to describe the process of manual data entry.
Physical Security and Hardware
In locksmithing and automotive technology:
  • Push Key (Pump Key): A type of key that operates a lock through longitudinal (inward) motion rather than rotation. These are commonly used in tubular pin-tumbler locks.
  • Push-Button Start: A modern automotive system that replaces a traditional physical key with a smart key fob and a dashboard button to start the engine.
Software Features
  • Popup on Keypress: A specific user interface setting found on some smartphones (such as the Oppo Reno 11 Pro) that displays a visual "popup" of the character being typed on the virtual keyboard to confirm the input

Beyond standard keyboard inputs and mechanical locks, "KeyPush" (or "Key Push") appears in several niche professional and technical contexts:

Software Engineering & Infrastructure
  • SSH Key Distribution: In DevOps and system administration, "KeyPush" often refers to the automated process of pushing SSH public keys to remote servers. For example, some custom Bash and Ansible scripts are named keyPush.sh to handle secure authentication across large server clusters.
  • JavaScript Event Handling: Developers often use the term interchangeably with the keypress event in JavaScript, which triggers when a user strikes a key that produces a character value.
  • Workflow Automation: In audio/video production (like OBS Project or DAW software), a "single keypush" refers to a programmed hotkey or macro that executes complex multi-step commands with one touch.
Marketing & Analytics
  • Push Notification Interaction: In mobile marketing, "Key Push" features describe the interactive elements of a push notification, such as buttons that allow a user to perform an action (like "Confirm" or "Buy") without opening the app.
  • KPI Tracking: It can be a shorthand or typo for "Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Push," referring to a concentrated effort to improve specific marketing metrics like click-through rates or social media engagement.
  • Data Entry (Keypunch): In legacy marketing research, Keypunch was the standard term for converting physical data into machine-readable formats by punching holes in cards.
Logistics & Specialized Tools
  • Key Management Systems: Companies like KeyTrak use "push" and "pull" electronic drawers to manage physical keys in automotive or real estate settings.
  • No-Touch "Keys": During the COVID-19 pandemic, "Germ Keys" or "Push Tools" became popularโ€”handheld hooks used to push buttons or open doors without direct hand contact

5 Potential Business Models for the asset

1. Cybersecurity: Passwordless Authentication SaaS
This model positions KeyPush as a B2B platform that replaces traditional passwords with "push-to-verify" security. It leverages the growing 2026 demand for zero-trust architecture.
  • Business Model: SaaS (Software as a Service) focused on enterprise security.
  • Monetization Options:
    • Tiered Subscriptions: Monthly fees based on the number of protected users (e.g., $2/user for small teams, customized enterprise rates).
    • Per-Authentication Fees: A "pay-as-you-go" model for high-volume apps that only need intermittent secure verification.
2. Marketing Tech: Interactive Push Notification Agency
As of 2026, push notifications have evolved to include rich, "key" interactive elements. KeyPush could be a platform helping brands design and deploy high-conversion mobile alerts.
  • Business Model: Agency/Service-based or specialized MarTech platform.
  • Monetization Options:
    • Performance-Based Fees: Charging clients based on the click-through rate (CTR) or conversion rate improvement of their "pushed" campaigns.
    • Whitelabel Licensing: Licensing the proprietary notification software to other marketing agencies for a recurring fee.
3. Gaming: Mythic+ Dungeon Coaching & Tools
In World of Warcraft, "pushing a key" is a high-level competitive activity. KeyPush.com could serve as the premier hub for dungeon strategy, team-finding, and professional coaching.
  • Business Model: Community Marketplace / eLearning Platform.
  • Monetization Options:
    • Commission-Based Marketplace: Taking a percentage of fees when users book high-level "key pushing" coaches or guides through the site.
    • Premium Tools/Add-ons: A freemium model where basic dungeon timers are free, but advanced data analytics require a "Pro" subscription.
4. Smart Home: Keyless Entry & Remote Access Hardware
Capitalizing on the "Internet of Things" (IoT) trend, this model focuses on physical hardware for smart locks that "push" digital keys to guests or service workers via a mobile app.
  • Business Model: Manufacturer / Direct-to-Consumer (D2C).
  • Monetization Options:
    • Product Sales: One-time revenue from the sale of smart lock hardware and branded key fobs.
    • Service-Level Agreements (SLAs): Recurring "Access-as-a-Service" fees for commercial properties (like Airbnbs or offices) to manage thousands of digital key "pushes".
5. Automation: No-Code Workflow "Push" Platform
In this model, KeyPush acts as a productivity tool similar to Zapier but focused on "Key Actions"โ€”automating complex tasks with a single physical or virtual button press.
  • Business Model: Freemium SaaS.
  • Monetization Options:
    • Usage-Based Pricing: Charging based on the number of "pushes" (automated workflows) executed per month (e.g., first 100 free, then $10 per 1,000).
    • Premium Integrations: Charging extra to connect the "KeyPush" button to high-value enterprise software like Salesforce or SAP

Outlining a potential 12-month revenue projection using business model #2

This model specializes in Rich Format Notifications which have been shown to improve reaction rates by 25% compared to standard text alerts.
  • Core Service: Designing automated, behavior-triggered "push flows" (e.g., cart abandonment, price drops, or personalized news).
  • Target Market: E-commerce, media publishers, and fast-moving startups looking to bypass crowded email inboxes.
  • Value Proposition: Achieving click-through rates (CTR) as high as 30โ€“40%, far exceeding the 2026 industry average of ~4% for generic pushes.
12-Month Revenue Projection ($200/mo Marketing Budget)
With a lean $200/month ($2,400/year) marketing budget, the strategy relies on high-intent organic outreach and niche-targeted PPC. In 2026, every $1 spent on targeted PPC can return up to $8 in gross revenue (Potentially).

MonthClientsMonthly Revenue (Retainer)Marketing SpendCumulative Revenue
1-31$1,500$200$4,500
4-63$4,500$200$18,000
7-95$7,500$200$40,500
10-128$12,000$200$76,500
  • Average Retainer: $1,500/month (Standard for small business specialized management).
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Targeted at $800 per client. At $200/month spend, you expect to acquire roughly one client every 4 months via paid channels, supplemented by 2โ€“3 clients from organic/referral efforts.
  • Profitability: Specialized niche agencies can reach net profit margins of 20โ€“40% by late 2026.
Applying The 25% Rule:

$76,500 x 25% = $19,125

Note:
Low-5-figure price-point using the 25% rule methodology.

And the last one was a Malaysian eVISA application service with a $4k acquisition. The current sales landers with pricing shows the majority wanting a low 5-figures for their assets. Both; the end user (developed) assets and the sales lander asking prices are for less than what the NamePros lander sales finalized at. Could the NamePros lander have had anything to do with the higher acquisition cost?

Note: With some demand seen in developments, it was not consistent with taken extensions, taken usernames on social platforms, no internationally known brands and lack of active U.S. Federally filed trademarks. The sales reports indicated a mid 4-figure end user comfort zone, while the sales landers indicated a low-5-figure common ground in asking prices, which was consistent with the 25% rule methodology. It's unclear with the data above if the acquisitions team leveraged the spam score or blackhat backlink campaigns to negotiate a better acquisition price. If they were to build out a similar business model like I outlined in the 12-month revenue projection (Further up), they still scored the asset for fair market value (In my opinion).

P.S. It's even more interesting to see that NamePros landing pages may have potentially had some influence for selling or price retention of the domain(s).

In either case, congrats to the buyer and seller.

Check out an in-depth analysis of the .co ccTLD: https://www.namepros.com/threads/co-colombia-cctld-country-code-top-level-domain.1357591/

Defining (Remember):

To remember means to recall a person, event, or piece of information from your memory. It is the act of bringing something back into your conscious mind or retaining it for future use.

Primary Meanings
  • Recall information: Bringing back facts or thoughts that were previously in your mind, such as a phone number or a name.
  • Retain in memory: Keeping an idea or intention in your mind so you do not forget it (e.g., "remember to buy milk").
  • Commemorate: Honoring or showing respect for someone or something from the past through a ceremony or special thought.
  • Convey greetings: Passing on regards to someone on behalf of another (e.g., "Remember me to your mother").

  • In 2023 the asset resolves as a NamePros sales lander
  • In 2024 the asset started resolving as a Digital Memorial Publication service and still does today
Source

Note: The asset appears to have resold within a year of moving to a NamePros sales lander, according to its WayBack machine history.

5 Potential Business Models for the asset

1. Digital Memorial & Obituary Publishing (Existing Model)
This model focuses on creating permanent online spaces to honor the deceased, allowing family and friends to share photos, stories, and condolences.
  • Premium Memorial Pages: One-time fees or recurring subscriptions for "Forever" hosting of high-resolution media and interactive timelines.
  • Physical Integration: Selling QR-coded grave markers or "smart" urns that link directly to the digital memorial page.
  • Affiliate Services: Partnerships with florists, funeral homes, or grief counseling services for integrated referral commissions.
2. AI-Powered Personal Memory Assistant
Utilize generative AI to create a "second brain" that helps users store, organize, and retrieve personal information, professional notes, or daily tasks.
  • SaaS Subscription: Tiered monthly or yearly subscription fees based on storage limits or advanced AI features like voice-to-text journaling and automated summarization.
  • Usage-Based API: Charging per query or token for power users who integrate the memory engine into other productivity tools.
  • Enterprise B2B: Licensing the platform to companies as a knowledge management tool to preserve "institutional memory".
3. Genealogical & Family History Archive
A platform dedicated to tracing ancestry and preserving family trees, documents, and DNA results for future generations.
  • Research Services: Fee-for-service model where professional genealogists are hired by the hour to perform deep-dive historical searches for clients.
  • Product Model: Selling physical "Legacy Books" or high-quality printed family trees generated from the site's digital records.
  • Heritage Travel: Commission-based ancestry travel planning, coordinating trips for users to visit their ancestral homelands.
4. Digital Estate & Legacy Planner
A security-focused service helping users organize digital assets, passwords, and final wishes to ensure a seamless transition for heirs.
  • Vault Storage: Subscription model for encrypted storage of legal documents, private keys, and final messages to be released upon death.
  • Professional Referrals: Lead generation for estate attorneys and financial planners who pay for qualified client connections.
  • White-Label Solutions: Selling the platform as a value-added service to banks and insurance companies for their high-net-worth clients.
5. EdTech & Cognitive Performance Platform
A training site focused on memory techniques, speed learning, and cognitive health for students, professionals, or seniors.
  • Course Sales: One-time payments for structured video courses taught by "memory athletes" or cognitive scientists.
  • Freemium App: A mobile app with free daily "brain games" and a premium tier for advanced analytics and personalized training regimens.
  • Health Partnerships: Affiliate marketing for cognitive supplements or partnerships with senior care providers focusing on dementia prevention.

Outlining a potential 12-month revenue projection using business model #1

Expanding on remember.co as a Digital Memorial & Obituary Publishing service, you could potentially position it as a "legacy-as-a-service" platform. This model transforms traditional static obituaries into interactive, permanent hubs for family history and communal grieving.
  • The Product: Beyond text, the platform offers "Living Memorials" featuring HD video galleries, AI-assisted biography writing, and GPS-linked QR codes for physical headstones.
  • The Customer: Primary segments include bereaved families (B2C) and funeral homes/hospice centers (B2B) seeking value-added digital services.
  • Pricing Strategy: High-conversion models in 2026 typically use a one-time "Forever" fee (e.g., $95โ€“$99) or a low-friction subscription (e.g., $8/month).
12-Month Revenue Projection
This forecast assumes a $200/month marketing budget (Total: $2,400/year) focused on highly targeted social media ads and search engine marketing (SEM).

Key Metrics (2026 Benchmarks):
  • Average Cost Per Click (CPC): $1.00 (Targeted niche).
  • Monthly Traffic: 200 visitors ($200 budget / $1.00 CPC).
  • Conversion Rate: 2.1% (Paid Social B2C average).
  • Average Order Value (AOV): $99 (One-time premium fee).
MonthAd SpendNew CustomersMonthly RevenueCumulative Revenue

10-12$60018*$1,782$5,940
Total$2,40060$5,940$5,940
*Modest growth projected from organic referrals and "shared" memorial links.

Applying The 25% Rule
The 25% Rule is a valuation guideline suggesting that an IP owner (or the domain itself) should receive 25% of the expected profits generated by that asset.

Calculation for remember.co:
  1. Projected Year 1 Profit: $3,540 (Revenue $5,940 - $2,400 Ad Spend).
  2. Year 3 Scaled Profit (Estimated): $25,000 (Assuming growth in traffic and B2B partnerships).
  3. Apply 25% Rule: $25,000 ร— 0.25 = $6,250.
Note: While the 25% rule provides a "royalty-based" baseline of $6,250, the market value of remember.co in 2026 is likely higher. Short, dictionary-word .co domains carry high brand authority for global startups. In a competitive digital legacy market expected to reach $25.6 billion in 2026, the strategic value for a major funeral brand could push the domain's price to $15,000 - $35,000.

Additional Note: Low to mid-5-figure price-point using the 25% rule methodology.

Could it have been that the NamePros lander psychologically helped retain the value with little to no rebuttals in negotiations?

In either case, congrats to the buyer and seller.

NameBio Sales Report
adole.com11,000 USDNamePros Lander

Defining (Adole):

Adole is typically used as a root or shorthand for terms related to adolescence, the transitional stage of development between childhood and adulthood.

Key Related Terms
  • Adolescence: The period of life starting with the onset of puberty and ending with maturity (often considered ages 10โ€“19 by the World Health Organization).
  • Adolescent: A young person currently in this transitional stage.
  • Adolesce: A verb meaning to grow toward maturity or pass through the stage of adolescence.
Contextual Usage
  • Medical/Psychological: Often used as a prefix in fields like "adolescent psychiatry" or "adolescent health" to denote age-specific care.

  • Etymology: Derived from the Latin adolescere, which means "to grow up" or "to ripen"
Source
In addition to its connection to adolescence, Adole has several distinct meanings in other languages and cultures, particularly as a name or a verb form.

West African Origins
  • Igbo (Nigeria): Adole is a traditional male name meaning "peace" or "bringer of peace". It reflects a cultural emphasis on harmony and coexistence.
  • Yoruba (Nigeria/Benin/Cรดte d'Ivoire): While "Adรฉแปlรก" (meaning "crown of wealth") is more common, Adรฉole is a recognized variant in Francophone West African regions. It combines Ade (crown) and Ola (wealth/honor).
Romance Languages
  • Spanish:
    • Adolece: A form of the verb adolecer, meaning "to suffer from" (e.g., รฉl adolece de migraรฑas โ€” "he suffers from migraines").
    • Adolescente: The standard word for "teenager" or "adolescent".
  • Latin:
    • Adolฤ“: The second-person singular imperative form of adoleล, which can mean "to burn" or "to worship by burning" in a sacrificial context.
  • French:
    • Ado: A very common informal shorthand for adolescent (teenager)

Potential Business Model Projection for the already developed asset

This projection assumes a focus on high-efficiency digital channels (like social media and search) due to the limited budget. It is based on an estimated average unit price of $55 (derived from market averages for premium handheld steamers) and a benchmark 2.5% conversion rate.

Monetization Options for Adole
To maximize the value of the Adole brand and its web presence, the following monetization strategies are available:
  • Core Hardware Sales: The primary revenue driver is the direct sale of the handheld steamers.
  • Accessory Bundling: High-margin "add-ons" such as:
    • Heat-resistant steaming gloves and vertical ironing pads.
    • Fabric-specific brushes (delicate vs. upholstery).
    • Premium travel cases for the portable models.
  • Wholesale & B2B: Selling in bulk to boutique hotels or clothing retailers who require professional-grade handheld tools for floor maintenance.
  • Subscription Services (Niche): A "Product-as-a-Service" model for commercial clients (e.g., fashion stylists) that includes regular device replacements or filter refills.
  • Affiliate Integration: On the Adole website, recommending travel gear or garment care products from partners to earn commissions on non-competing goods.
  • Extended Warranty/Service Plans: Offering "Adole Care" protection plans to increase the Average Order Value (AOV) at checkout.
3-Year Projection
To project growth over three years with a static $200/month marketing budget, the model shifts from purely "paid-dependent" to organic-compounded. As the brand matures, "Word of Mouth" and SEO begin to outpace the limited ad spend.

3-Year Gross Revenue Projection
YearStrategy FocusUnits SoldAvg. Unit PriceAnnual Gross Revenue
Year 1Foundation: Paid search & social testing.161$55$8,855
Year 2Momentum: SEO & Customer referrals.418$58*$24,244
Year 3Authority: Brand loyalty & Repeat buys.962$60*$57,720
Total1,541$90,819
*Price adjusted slightly for inflation/premium branding as the name gains "Adole" recognition.

Growth Summary
  • Year 2 (160% Growth): The $200/month spend becomes more efficient as you retarget previous visitors. Organic traffic begins to account for 40% of total sales due to reviews and social shares.
  • Year 3 (130% Growth): Brand authority is established. The "Adole" keyword starts generating direct search traffic. Referral sales (friends telling friends) become the primary driver, reducing the Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) significantly.
Strategic Drivers for Year 3
  1. Review Moat: Accumulating 100+ verified 5-star reviews creates a "trust barrier" that converts cold traffic better than Year 1.
  2. SEO Compound: Blog content about "Travel Steamer Tips" begins ranking on Page 1, providing "free" customers to supplement the paid ads.
  3. The "Ado" Factor: Leveraging the shorthand "Ado" (French/Slang for teen/young adult) to market toward the Gen Z/College demographic for dorm-room use
Applying the 25% rule:
  • $90,819 x 25% = $22,704
Note: Low-5-figure price-point using the 25% rule methodology.

Sales data for Adol + 1-Letter .com:

adola.com auction $605 10/2/2019 DropCatch

Note: There's one sales report in this combination to look at, as seen on ShortNames.com, however, the acquisition cost was a fraction of what Adole.com sold for using a NamePros landing page.

Note: The domain from the sales reports is still on a sales lander for a high-5-figures. Could the price-point + NamePros lander for Adole.com have had something to do with it selling before Adola.com?

Congrats to the buyer and seller

Why aren't you covering any of the devaluing or negotiating factors a buyer might have leveraged anymore, like the first few analysis?
Great question! It was brought to my attention that some domain resellers do not want information included that could help a buyer negotiate a lower price in the following thread, requesting that I stop including it: https://www.namepros.com/threads/sh...cly-so-anyone-can-see-them-or-hidden.1378318/

Note: This is not a full termed evaluation, just a touch on the surface to gather enough thought provoking data to peek behind the curtain a little. You can find more in depth domain evaluations in the professional appraisal section of NamePros.
