Renting Domain Name

Hello every one as you can see I am new to namepros and have a question. A company has offered a good sum to rent one of my domain names. Can any one direct me to a solicitor that can draw up a contract for the agreement?

Also if any one has any other usfull info I would very mcuh appreciate it. Thank you and good luck to you all.

Can you share more information about this situation... including the domain name (either by post or PM)? And how did the company decide to rent your name instead of offering to buy it? Thanks!
