I really feel that I got one that has an enormous amount of development potential here. RentAdSpace.com What do you think about just the name by itself though?

Hadn't heard of that one, so the answer would be, nope. Got the idea from ....well, nm, I'd hate to give away my ideas. ;) SellAdSpace.com seems like a decent site though.

I know. It's ridiculous people are saying reg. fee for this domain. I think the domain has tremendous potential. Everyday webmasters are looking to buy (rent) ad space. The word "rent" is not great, but it will definitely work. I would say mid $xx - low $xxx undeveloped, but as I said, it has tremendous potential. If I were you, I would develop it, and then I could easily see you reach the low - mid $xxx. Good luck!

Thanks, I know "rent" sounded funny to me at first too, but will work perfectly with the development idea I have.

What "cracked me up" was the "appraisal" of $xx developed...how on earth could something be appraised pending development, not know if the develpment was going to be good or bad??

I'll say mid $xx until developed, IMHO.

I would pay you $100.00 for it undeveloped. HUGE potential in many ways besides the obvious classified ad site.

If you are not looking to develop it properly or you really do no thave the resources, I would see about selling it undev to ad agencies and classified ad publications like the pennysaver (or whatever they call it in your town), billboard companies, etc. There are many types of companies out there that literally RENT ad space to businesses and that I think will find this domain a must-have.

Great doamin!

Very good name. Better than a lot of 2 and one words I have seen lately. It is definitely not worth mas much as Buyadspace would be but then buyadspace isn't available. It still makes sense becasue technically, you do not buy ad space, you rent it for a certain amount of time. I have heard people say they want to rent ad space before. It's definitely is not an unused term.

Just remember that mso tof us can only see a domain's worth if it has traffic or from a wholesaler/trader point of view. Also, most of us are born and bread consumers so we tend to think about the lowest price WE would pay. But these are hardly bases for appraisal of anything. I think you are smart to see through that and realize that this one's a keeper. No doubt.

Thank you for your words of encouragement. Being new at this I realize that I do not know very much about the business of domain reselling. BUT, I have been online for many years and in the business world for even longer. I should know that I can trust my instincts SOMETIMES... Thanks again. This one may show up in my signature someday. ;)
