Dear NP friends,

We all know about the M4Msearch.com which went for $13775, at Moniker/ DomainSystems .

I feel that my domain name is better than that since it has variety of development potential.

Development potential in my views:

DATING:
Gay 4 Girl search
Girl 4 Gay search

Gay 4 gay search
Girl 4 Girl search

I too think if the above doesn't works well it can also be used as a gamers site too IMO.

I welcome your views on this.

Hope you have got my domain name.
And its G4Gsearch.com

Though some of you may feel me too greedy & wrong , I think so!

Feel free to post anything you think of .

I m always a boy who welcomes critics , because I feel critics makes us more experts than appreciations.

Awaiting for your appraisals ,
Kathir

W4Wsearch.com would have been more appropriate. G4Gsearch ain't bad though. However I would not entrust the price to the sale of M4Msearch at Moniker. Some opportunities are once in a lifetime and imho your domain has little value and you are only banking on it being valueable due to M4M.

Dear labrocca,
Thanks for you view !
I too agree that "Everyone can't be lucky selling their domain names for huge bucks ."

Lets have a look at what other NP Experts say?

I'm afraid labrocca is probably correct. You are hypothesising on a target that doesn't exist necessarily. It looks like you regg'ed it fresh yesterday- if someone was going to pay you that sort of figure for that name they would have probably regg'ed it first. The domain itself is not great (numerals hurt) and you have to appreciate that it is a specific niche you are targetting, where any company that did buy the name may end up looking like a cheap copy of M4Msearch.com
Just my opinion, I wish you all the best with the sale and am surprised by domain sales daily, but I think M4Msearch was overpriced in the first place. If I'm going to be brutally honest, not much more than reg fee :imho:
Sorry man, but all the best, I hope you prove me wrong.

M4Msearch was clearly a special case where and end user had his heart set on the name and was willing to pay what ever to get it.

I think its highly unlikely that the same will be repeated for G4Gsearch, but best of luck!

If the M4M sale hadn't happened, would anyone reg this? Doubtful.

Your only chance of making any money is to market this to the same people that bought M4M in my opinion.

If you can, great, you might even make a few thousand.

Sorry, you are wrong. Try trying to sell it to the person that bought that other domain. Maybe a reg fee to anyone else. Nice try though. :)

I don't believe the domain is worth much--maybe xx. Prove me wrong though... I will be happy for you if you get a nice sale.

Minimal resale value on its own ($20-50?), but it would make a good name for a lesbian dating site.

Google girl4girl for inspiration:
http://www.google.com/search?hs=o14&hl=en&lr=&rls=en&q=girl4girl&btnG=Search

Dear Ron James,
Thanks for your appraisal with domain value & development idea.

I agree with the sentiments of everyone else. One sale rarely ever starts a trend.

Interestingly enough, w4msearch and m4wsearch are available. I wouldn't have paid 5-figures unless I was getting m4m.com (which is already developed).

I really don't see it producing big bucks.

Why did nobody rush out to register after the sale of m4msearch.com???

I wish you luck but I think your expectations are set too high on this one.

Though my expectations are very high . It may be possbile if someone is interested in buying it as in the case of m4msearch.com
But its very hard to happen in domaining.

let me wait & see what happens.
Thanks forr u r views

Humm... Targetting a domian name as some recent sales went high is a not a good technique.

If fish.com went for millions then we can't blindly buy in goat and elephant and everything. Maybe they can fetch the prices but not as much as the domain name that fetched millions.

Sometimes I am forced to think that domaining is also a game of luck.
