domain Renewal Decision - asus.one & turbogpt.in - Worth Keeping?

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for honest feedback on whether these two domains are worth renewing from an investment/resale perspective:
1. asus.one 2. turbogpt.in
Situation:

• Both are up for renewal soon
• Renewal costs are NOT cheap
• Neither domain is currently in use
• I acquired them as potential resale investments

My concerns:

• asus.one - Obviously ASUS is a major trademark. Is this a UDRP risk sitting there waiting to happen?
• turbogpt.in - .in domain, GPT market seems saturated. Any real resale potential?

What I'm asking:

• From a domain investor perspective, would YOU renew these?
• Any realistic resale value for either?
• Should I cut my losses and let them expire?

I'd rather hear brutal honesty now than waste money on renewals. Appreciate any insights from experienced domainers.
