Renew without privacy?

Im trying to renew a godaddy domain that had privacy attached to it last year. But I can't seem to get rid of the privacy option when Im trying to renew it. Anyone know how to do this?

I think you log into your privacy account @ godaddy and cancel in there

Geez I can't remember either but I believe it was through
domainsbyproxy.com that I had to cancel it first, then renew the domain at Godaddy.

Click the privacy link adjacent to the domain in domain management. That will take you to the DBP site. Add another 5 minutes or more if you forgot the id and psw. Make sure you verify your Whois info before you cancel.
