Registering .in domains

Sorry, if it's available in somewhere in the forum, I like to know if there is country limitations for registering .in domains. There is a warning about nameservers that I didn't understand. Also selling .in domains, is it like other domains, or is there a need for paperworks, etc.?

No need for country residence, anyone can register .in names

I don't know about the nameservers question.

.in domains is just like selling .com, .net etc., no need for paperwork. A simple push or transfer suffices.

The warning about nameservers means you have to have at least 2 nameservers where ever the domain is located. For example if you change it to Sedo for parking purposes you have to have at least 2 namesevers ie: ns1.sedoparking.com and ns2.sedoparking.com
