Registering .bz?

Hello,
I need some advice on whether to register on not some .bz one-word domains for which there are more than 1 million exact searches. Do you think I might be able to sell them for more than reg fee before the end of this year or will I be able get revenue from parking them?
Considering the high registration fee, I don't want to register them just to drop them in one year, so any advice would be helpful.

I personally don't know of any successful .bz websites. I used to have a couple of domains but they never got any traffic. I now only have a 3 letter .bz domain, which is my name. I'm sure it would languish unregistered if it weren't for me. I don't recommend investing in .bz domains.

In that case, stay away. There is no market for this extension really. If you are an end user from Belize with development plans why not but do not expect you will be able to resell them.

I would take it if it is a very top word!

I can see some value in eg fly.bz, poker.bz, credit.bz; in your case 1 million exact searches can have some value even in .bz (unless the word doesnt have any commercial use).

Thank you everyone for advice. I decided to wait a little and research the market more before trying to register them. I am still a beginner so I don't expect sales of thousands for them, but more of a gain of 100%-200% the reg price.

imho, you won't get any offers. Just look at the prices for those top keywords. Ridiculous, and not worth even those prices.

Check bido.com recent sales. Premium names went for less than $300.
