What's this - I thought Registerfly is dead !!

I am getting renewal notices from them for expired domains which I lost because of their business practices.

How can they just re-surface after all that fiasco?

I just attempted to log in to my account to (hopefully) change any contact info.

There is a prominent message right at the top:

"NOTICE TO CONSUMERS.
THE INTERNET CORPORATION FOR ASSIGNED NAMES AND NUMBERS - THE NON FOR PROFIT ENTITY THAT ADMINISTERS THE INTERNET'S DOMAIN NAME SYSTEM, HAS ISSUED A NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF THIS COMPANY'S ACCREDITATION TO SERVE AS AN INTERNET DOMAIN NAME REGISTRAR.
PLEASE SEE WWW.ICANN.ORG FOR FURTHER INFORMATION."

Login failed .....

Why would registerfly want to keep that site live ???
