I sold a domain December 2005 for $2000. The buyer used RegisterFly's escrow service.
The domain was transfered March 2006, and I'm still waiting for my money.
After continuous conversations with RegisterFly, during which I was told that "the check has been cut and will be sent out tomorrow" or "the check was sent out yesterday". It was always agreed that the money was mine, and that I should have it. They just refuse to send it to me.
I've contacte NJ consumer affairs, and am considering legal action. Is there anyone with an experiance close to mine? We might start a class action suit, or at least get a group rate.
