(((EDIT)))) NP member RegFly helped to resolve all my problems. Also, the new RegisterFly.com site works much better, none of the previous issues have surfaced, and navigation is great, it is in fact, the easiest place I've seen to transfer in/out or push domains to other users.
(((((END EDIT)))))
Perhaps someone could help me? Register Fly :td: is holding my domains hostage!
3 domains expired February 6th.I
paid for renewal February 3rd, the ACH hit my bank only on Feb 14th, and now RegFlywants
$200 per domain for "redemption period".
I have repeatedly sent emails to them via online contact form, with no reply. I have tried to reach RegFly via "24/7" phone support only to be on hold for a minimum of 19 minutes no less than 3 times. Finally last week I was able to contact someone there, send copies of the documents (bank statements etc) and now they want redemption value for 3 crappy domains which they have already pulled CASH out of my bank account for????
I've cut n pasted my emails with regfly below fyi. Please help !!!

Glen,
Thank you for looking into my issue.
How do I go about getting my $27.00 back which I paid
on February 3rd (before the domains expired)to your
company?
This echeck was cashed by RegFly on February 14th (8
days after expiration, but WELL BEFORE REDEMPTION
PERIOD).
RegFly has now had my money, and control of my
domains for over 1 month! I have sent repeated emails
to RegFly via onsite contact form, been placed on hold
via your 24/7 support line for no less than 19 minutes
at least 3 times, and have contacted the domain
parking company as well.
I have done nothing wrong here, how is it I've lost my
money AND my domains, and why won't ANYONE at RegfLy
help me solve this problem? Perhaps you could forward
this email along with the documents I sent last week
tot a supervisor, manager or vice-president (whatever
your comppany elects to call the person-in-charge), so
that they can assist me further? I completely
understand that this fiasco is in no way your causing,
and am just trying to get 3 un-earning domains or my
measly $28 returned to me.
Thank for your help.
