Regfly whois problem...

I have two .us domains and I can't seem to get them to switch whois information from the person I bought them from. I have all the other ones switched. When I get the mail for confirmation it says 'us nexus required' instead of processed. What does this mean?

maybe contact the other guy that sold it to you or contact the registar

When you change the contact information to yours towards the bottom of the page there's a Additional Options section where Nexus Category
(Only applies to and is required for .us domain names) has to be filled out along with Application Purpose
(The intended usage for this domain name.)
Double check the whois at regfly as it'll update faster than the whois.us site
