It depends as to which host is best for what person, what sort of budget range were you looking for? List any other specifics you might have such as required scripting languages, etc. as well.

Price depend on requirement ..if you need few hunderd MB plan you can start with shared plan ..and that wont cost you much.

So decide how much webspace you will require bandwidth necessary for your site.Also decide weather you require hosting in UK or US.

And accordingly you can start searching for hosting company.
