What do you guys think this is worth?

Here are some details for you in case you consider any of these in your evaluation...

Registered in 1998

The site used to sell $150,000 per year of toys of which 30% was profit. We owned another toy site and sold it in 2003 and signed a 3 year non compete, so now, we have the site set up as an affiliate for another company making a few hundred dollars per month.

Have received these offers while not trying to sell...

1998 - Oracle offered $30k
1999 - America's Promise offered $5k
1999 - RedWagons.com (plural) offered $10k
2005 - Red Wagon Mortgage offered $10k

After looking at all the offers and stats I'm going to say around $20,000. I would develop again after the three year non-compete.
