Hello,

I really appreciate any input.

I started this website 3 years ago... on my own... car forum... today it has 23000 registered users, about 4000 uniques per day, adsense pays at least the server cost per month, around 1000 users log in per day....

Someone offered me 30K for it and I want to take it and run... The site is not making 30K per year... not even close.. more like 1/3 that..

Should I take it and run? Try to make more out of it?

I guess it depends on how much you feel the site is worth. From the sounds of things, if you are making $10K per year approximately, then 3 years revenue is not that bad when it comes to the offer. That being said, forums are harder to monetize then other sites, and with that kind of traffic you may be able to squeeze a little bit more out of the buyer. If you are happy with the offer and don't want to scare the buyer away with a counteroffer, then I would say go for it, it is a fair deal IMHO. Good luck!

I think you should go ahead with this offer and sell your site. If you try to make more of it by demanding more there is a possibility that you might even loose the existing offer.

I would prefer u to take the cash.
Also well if u see u are getting paid for the next 3 years hence just take the money and start something better with it from scratch :)
