Just finished coding/implementing the redesign for OkayDrink.com and I was looking for some feedback on the design and the website.

VISUALS, my friend, VISUALS! most cocktails are sold, tasted and made purely upon their visual effect, that they taste good is a nice add-on.

The general layout is good, for what you present at this time anyways. I'd make some serious adjustments in regards to pictures, though.
The top ten list is great, should be more emphasized and need to show pictures of the pertaining cocktails.
(Just listen to your girlfriend next time she orders one: "This one looks good, i'll try that...")

The banner isn't bad, just took me about 2 mins of closely looking at it to figure out that's actually a cocktail glass. Can you adjust the coloring a bit to make sure that the glass stands out? For added "wow" i'd animate just the liquid that's flowing into the glass.

Other than that, solid site, needs a little more of the "cocktail bar" flair, though.
