Ya, these tutorials are of great help. I got my 1st lesson of html programming from these tutorials. But I a sorry to say, that no site offers complete free lessons. After a certain stage, when the lessons become more important and crucial, they stop the free part, and offers paid lessons.

I think you will learn photoshop easier if you use a books...
I have one and it is ordered -> easy -> harder -> harder things so you could learn them and use the basics to make harder things
