Recipe site

Hello all,

I am looking for someone to create a site as follows. The main theme is recipes.

Main page would be a blog like page were I can blog about recipes.
Visitors can register to the site.
Members have their own page where they can post their recipes.
Registered members can vote on the recipe posted by other members.
A system to show top recipes based on votes.

Pm me if interested - I have a couple of projects coming up but I want to see how this works out.

My budget is in the low-mid $$.

I understand. The reason I mentioned that kind of budget is that I want to avoid getting PMs from people who want way more than what I can offer.

Maybe I am wrong but I've seen people offering to work on similar projects for that kind of price. Then again maybe I am missing something. What's the tough part of my project? Is it that even though all of them are simple features, putting them all together is the hard part? If so, can you let me know what I could get with that budget?

PM me with your offers if they are not way out of the budget mentioned. If I see a portfolio I like I might go with it. Also, tell me what I can do to make my project cheaper.

If I just wanted a blog, I could probably make it myself - wouldn't be nearly as good, but I could. When it comes to the rest though I would need the help of a professional.
