Hey, i am looking to accept transactions from sms, or phone calls. I found this site:

What do I need to be able to sign up?

You need a web site. The only other requirement is to have a bank account that we can transfer money into. We do NOT require, at any point, your permission to charge you for any service because payment is ALWAYS made from Sepomo to you.
