i am interested to develop a site which can be used to upload images and sending/ receiving sms massages from your phone. like at facebook you can upload your images. i want to know about it from a to z. kindly help me developing it.

first of thanks for your reply....... what i want to do is.... i want to launch a website to send free sms and mms through internet to local mobile companies in pakistan from a website. and people can send and store sms in the web account as well.

kindly give detailed information how i can start this kind of website.
