Partner for some business

Hi, I am planning to start developemt for some sites.
Basicaly i want to find a parter to share the 50% of profits.
The idea is to this:
You develope site
I put the domain name and marketing

All profits from ads and eventual sale of website/domains name will be shared 50% for each partner.

Domains and developement ideas:

www.smsdictionary.net / www.dictionarysms.com

Basicaly want to run a site to allow people search sms terms. Will be similar to the spanish site www.diccionariosms.com
Users will log and will be able to add new sms definitios.
Admins will aprove them
Each member will be able to rate all definitions
There will be 2 different searches: Definitions and SMS terms.
For example, they can search what "BTW" means in sms search or find in the other searches "by the way" and find the correct sms term
