domain Received offer...need appraisals

I received an offer today for the following domain.

www.slutty.us

Offer was low XXX. Am I crazy or should I take the money and run? It seems like a very generous offer. I am not up to speed on one word .us values though.

Opinions appreciated.

sounds a bit low as I think .us will get alot more poplular in the next two years or so - to give you an idea of the better end of the sales take a look at these links It may help ?

If you want quick cash, I'd take the offer (maybe push for mid $xxx). It would be a lot wiser though to keep this for a couple more years, like gazzip said.
