I have countered with $2850, but the buyer replied that $250 is his last offer.

Obviously another domainer. Best to set higher minimums if you want more.

Check at uniregistry , it is more accurate .

here's a couple mls listed for comparison

nftgame.biz priced @ $3k
nftgaming.org @ $4.5k

even though .uk sucks, your asking price may be a deal.
