Hmmm... well, I would decide this based on what you have prepared for the domain.

Will it make you more money that your offer?
Are you realistically likely to receive a better offer?

Just take everything in to consideration and see how things add up. Remember the .MOBI are not currently a solid investment, so to speak. People are still just testing the water so it could go either way.

I think I could receive a higher offer in the near future... As I wrote above, Hispaniola is 2nd-largest Caribbean island, where the states of Dominican Republic and Haiti are located, with combined population totaling around 17mn. While the latter (Haiti) is an unstable country, the former (Dominican Republic) is a popular tourist destination and a country with free trade zones. I got this domain appraised by TDNAM at $8,000, though I do realize that appraisal price (even by TDNAM or Moniker) is one thing and sale price is another.

Hispaniola.com (.com domain) seems to be a popular website, high OVT score, with about 12,000 references to it in Google, also as several thousand references in other search engines:
