question Rebel and coupons limitation

Hello to all

I've seen the 3.99$ promo for transfer at rebel.com
I've tried to move to them 10 of my names but their cart do not allow me to do that because some of those are in a status: "premium listing"

Their support told me that If you are attempting to transfer domain names that have been listed for sale at premium price via a marketplace (ex: Afternic), this conflicts with the discounted pricing for the transfer.

So i've hidden my domains in sale at afternic & godaddy and i've tried to start the transfer again but nothing is changed.
I've also my domains listed at sedo but i see i can transfer domains listed only there so i've not removed my names from there. Maybe I just need to wait a while before i can start the transfer.
As this coupon end the 30th and rebel.com support do not work in the week end i'm asking here if other people have some hint.

I also would like to know if there is a way to know where a domain is listed for sale.
I do not remember if some of my names are listed in other marketplaces other than godaddy or afternic..

I read that someone got the same issue before and they removed their names from all the marketplaces like sedo,godaddy,afternic etc and they could transfer in 24 hrs.

I've solved. Their customer support is available also saturday and i was not aware of this.
I sent the domain list via mail to them because they can force the transfer also if a name is listed on a marketplace.
