I usually don't comment in too many appraisal threads of domains that I don't like, but this one is pretty awful...

Even if you split this domain in 2 (Real Top Secret) & (Fat Loss Secret) Both of those would still be valued at $0.

I would grace delete this immediately, and use your money for something much better. Read some more before your next domain purchase, and check out the MarketPlace here. You could find hundreds of domains from NP members here that are much better than that one for less than $5/$10.

Next to nothing, firstly no one would search for that exact phrase and secondly it is too long anyway.
