Does anyone think it has any value?

I plan on developing it into a fat loss, how to gain a six pack etc website, put up articles, affiliate links etc.

9,900 exacts pm, it's a decent phrase; perhaps a diet blog/site? Maybe approach SlimFast, or an obesity charity to see if they want it?

I'd personally think high xx to low xxx to an end user, resellers probs give you reg fee to v low xx for it.

It's still a decent ROI if you even get $12 on a £7 reg though; over 70% return...

I think this week I will develop it into a fitness site that's mainly concentrated on weight loss, be it articles, product recommendations, monetize it through affiliate marketing etc. I plan to develop it and then sell it off. How much would it be worth if it was well developed? I realise ''well developed'' is a sort of broad term but hopefully you get the gist of what I'm trying to say. I've never sold a website before so sorta new to this!
