Decent overture score, i think Real Estate, house sales is a good area for .tv development so it could be a good buy.

Im not used to the term "Real Estate Appraisal" but i think its most likely a phrase for home valuation?? (am i correct) I think its maybe just in UK we dont use the term as it must be popular in other places to get such high overture.

I think this could be a decent buy, im not really a fan of domains with so many letters (usually i wont go above 9 letters) but looks like it has some good plus points.

unless the realestateappraisal.tv is a site showing how to do an appraisal, i'm not sure how it would be monitized, but the 'what to expect and look for in an appriasal' slant just might work. good luck with them.

High potential for misspell. More value in development and get links out there.

Find a real estate appraiser to be your host and give him/her a percent in equity so he/she will be committed to your success.

Also, talk about how to increase sales value to seller. Talk about ways to make offers for buyers.

Develop it for real value.
