To be completely honest - Most of it is a waste of time and money -

Appraising Domains is not a science by any means - There are too many factors to look at to accurately do it. Search this forum for "Apprasial Scam" and you will see there are plenty of sites out there that will trick you into Buying an appraisal by offering you money for your domains as long as you have an appraisal. Please do not be misled by these folks.

A domain is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it ....

You will get a more realistic idea of their values than any appraisal service I have ever come across, and you might get some new ideas on marketing the.

What DomainSage said. NamePros probably has more qualified appraisers than any paying service you care to name. People here have years of experience in the domain industry, and people working in appraisal agencies don't (otherwise they'd all be out there buying domains and reselling them for a hefty profit!).

So don't ever waste your time on paid appraisals - they're one of the few good things in life that are free!

Just relax about appraisal. No one can tell you the real price for a domain but the buyer.
